I don't rinse mine and doesn't taste like vinegar...just pop them in the sink with some cold water and vinegar and leave them for a bit than swirl the water and scoop them out and put them back in the container and let them drain on the drying rack. Perfect!

I can vouch for this. TOTALLY works. The Vinegar kills any mold that may happen to be already growing on your fruit. Just make sure you toss any already turned ones before putting them back in the container.

You are awesome! (So do I  )

5' 6" Age 36 SW: 173 GW: 140 CW: 140 Pear Shape Size 8 trousers (US size) I'm at my goal weight but could stand to lose another 5lbs at least and tone up. I still have my saddlebags and a bit of a squishy tummy.

So, I looked at your food diary and you need to drop the muller light and the go ahead biscuits. They aren't really doing you any favours to be honest. Instead of sweetened/flavoured yogurt full of crap...try total greek yogurt and mix in some frozen blueberries (non sweetened) I have this OFTEN and LOVE it. I'm trying to…

Because you have a history with ED I would suggest that this is not the tool you should be using. There are too many triggers on here that could cause you to fall back into your ED. Please seek professional help and delete your account on here.

I had mine done when I was 16 against my mothers wishes and I remember it hurting. I wouldn't want to put my child through that at such a young age. Let her choose when she's older.

That green tea is what I start my day with when I'm at work (as it's a work supplied tea!). I LOVE infused green teas, not keen on it plain though. I love Licorice spice herbal and anything with ginger!

Awesome! I bought two Just Dance games for my son for Christmas and I played one song but he wasn't interested...yet. I'm SO excited to see if my homestay students (girls, age 13&14) will play with me and hopefully get the little man interested in joining us and I'm SO going to wear my HRM!

I've just finished planning my training for my first Half Marathon as well. I have a 16 week plan but 20 weeks to accomplish it  I've decided to run some races which actually correspond to my training plan, a 10k the end of this month then a 12km two weeks later and then a 15km on April 7th. Because of my work and…

Lex Luther? Really? My son is Zachary Dallas. We'd like another child...I'd like to incorporate Jasper as a middle name but it depends what my husband says. For a girl I'd like to use Rosa as it was my MIL name but possibly as a middle name or extended like Rosalie or Rosalinda or Rosalin or something like that. I really…

I don't really like it honestly and think it would be a pain to keep up looking nice. If you want your hair shorter why not try a pixie cut...like gwenyth Paltrow in Sliding doors. I LOVE her hair in that movie!

You can add me. I've been on MFP since February and I've got about 6-7lbs go get to goal. I could use the encouragement to get there and stay there!

Yup, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week stuck in front of a computer (then with an hour commute each way to /from work...) Mum of 1 and Husband and two doggies! Not a lot of time to fit exercise in...but I try to get up most mornings and run or do a video or something! I've lost 25lbs and only have about 5 or so left to get to…

There is no trick, it's just down to how much you want to exercise. Yesterday I got up and ran 4km with the doggy, today, I got up turned off my alarm and crawled back to bed for another 45 minutes...Once you get into a routine it's not so bad but i got out of the routine in the summer and have struggled to get back into…

I weigh myself weekly but if I have a gain from one week to the next I don't log it until the next week. I figure if it's there after two weeks I need to change my current weight and it helps me see that what I'm currently doing actually isn't working and to pick it up a bit.

35!

I used to get terrible blisters on the arch of my foot as well, I tried the double socks etc. I was running in asics and now I wear New Balance and I don't have any issues. You just need to find the shoe that works for you. Good luck!

Wow! Great inspiration! That is an amazing loss!

My Mum's name is Veronica Jean! Me -> Evette (that's right, with an E!)

I had 33lbs to lose...I now have 4.8  I found I just focused on one day at a time and had a calendar where I wrote down my exercise so I could look and see at a glance how many days a month I'd exercised. I probably exercise 25 days a month on average and it has become such a (great) habit! It is hard having weight…

I just eat them by the handful...and sometimes double fisted with chocolate chips!

Eat! And then some on most days! But seems to work for me :)

If you don't want to take into account how many calories you have burned then don't enter your exercise. You basically have two options here... Set your daily activity level to Sedentary and record your exercise and eat back your calories (your body needs those calories to fuel it...and yes there is lots of arguments about…

In the UK I went to Slimming World and was successful. I got VERY close to my goal twice (as I joined 3 times) but never maintained the weight. I tried Spark People but HATED counting calories...saw reference to MFP on twitter so thought I would give it a try. I've lost 20+lbs since February and so VERY close to my goal…

Yeah, I caught that as well, 110-115 is def under weight for 5'6". OP's profile claims a history with ED...Be careful not to fall back into that trap.:frown:

I am 5'6" and I started at 173 just after Christmas. I am now down to 146. My goal is 140 and then continue to tone. I may go down to 135 after I've maintained for a while but I'm not sure yet. I'm pretty sure I'm addicted to exercise!
