  • I am in my 40's too! Working full time....2 kids. Borderline high blood pressure. Tired when I come home from work and need motivation to move! This weekend I have decided to interact socially on the message boards for the first time hoping that it will keep me motivated. I need some buddies.....add me :)

  • Hi everyone. I have been using MFP but not as faithfully as I should. I never interacted socially on the message boards and I am hoping that being more involved in the boards will keep my motivation going and keep me more accountable. I need buddies :)
