GET OUT THIS IS TOO COOL

Is it bad that I kind of had to stifle a laugh? Only because I've been in a similar situation, though! A few months ago, my roommate and I were BROKE. Like literally all we had was rent money and a jar of pocket change. We ate nothing but ramen for about three weeks before our situation improved... Man, it did not matter…

I once got a small bottle for free with a purchase of some fish oil supplements online and I took a few--cause, hey, why not. I knew I wasn't going to lose any real weight, but I've heard a lot of people claim that it helps them lose a bit of water weight. Obviously, they didn't do anything, but I did like them because…

It seems like at least half of the people I know have tried that awful cayenne/honey/lemon juice cleanse or whatever. I have yet to actually meet someone who has finished it in its entirety on account of how sick it makes them. :ohwell:

Ramen... Official serving size is half a package. Are you really supposed to half the noodles and seasoning and save the rest for later? Yeesh.

I started out on a treadmill and stayed there until around I think the 4th week, mostly because I was *totally* new to running, and I had no idea how to pace myself. When I tried to run outside, I'd end up tiring myself out too fast, and I'd get discouraged because I couldn't finish my workout. Staying on the treadmill…

On days like that I just try to keep my workouts easy. I try not to fret knowing that the next day I'll have more energy. :ohwell:  sage advice.

Well, I'm lucky enough that I don't have one anymore, but back when I did there were a few things that helped! Coffee or midol to compensate for the lack of energy. I tried to keep my workouts indoors if it was hot outside so I wouldn't feel even MORE icky... Midol or tylenol if I was all crampy. And the real life-saver: a…

My advice: don't wait to be motivated. Just start. The motivation will come as you see results and start to feel better. When I waited to be motivated, I never ended up starting. My thought process was "I'm run down and stressed and tired and I don't feel motivated today. I'll just wait." No, I had to DRAG myself to the…

I definitely don't have any moral reservations against plastic surgery. If it makes you feel good about yourself then why not, so long as it's not an unreasonable size? At the same time, it confuses me. I'd do most anything to make mine a little smaller. Not for aesthetic reasons, but they're just such a hassle! :frown:…

I think it's genetic, at least for me. :( Even when I was a scrawny little kid, my face always flushed if I ran or got hot. I have a lot of friends that are in good shape but still turn red when they work out. I don't know if there's much you can do about it.

Good sore vs. bad sore.
