running for 40 minutes for 14 days straight isn't a good idea and will result in sore body parts. take a few days off. check your running shoes and form.

check out versa grips. i dont have a wrist injury, but felt like my hands and wrists were getting tired before my muscles were. versa grips were recommended by a friend. used them for about a month, took a week to get used to, but now i love them. good luck.
