eat more to crave less. you need to fuel your body more. one, maybe two meals a day isn't enough for the exercise and living. so you are craving stuff (sweets) your body can then turn in to immediate energy. up your protein. good luck.

a few years back at a different party we were prom king and queen. we don't think that is dressed up enough. as for the mermaid, i had suggested that, as i love to fish. wife thinks too cold for minimal clothing as we will likely be outside. thanks for the suggestions. anyone else?

yes, it gets better. but i agree with above post, you have to stay consistent. monday's are usually the worst for me, since i tend not to drink as much water on the weekends. but overall, yes, your body will get used to the amount of water. hang in there.

i would agree with the above. not just for yoga, but any exercise class. perhaps ask the instructor if he/she thinks you are ready to move on. just got home from my hot yoga session. namaste.

how bulky are the chest straps? can you lay on your stomach with it? want to wear it during a yoga session and some of the poses require laying on your stomach... thanks.

i purchased my elliptical second hand. it is set to record the calories of the person who used it before me; a 100 pound woman. and i am not a 100 pound woman. so it is inaccurate for me. but i think what mfp says is an over estimate too. so im asking for a hrm for my birthday. good luck.
