i KNOW someone so cheap they reuse coffee grinds and tea bags... they also sneak back to the table if a bunch of us go out to eat and take their share of the tip back

as a guy who gets close to 2500 calories and never came close, i didn't find the need to weigh out my salads, however i don't use dressing or croutons. can see benefit for people who don't have as much calorie allowance or are more strict on macros.

the problem is a pasta serving size isn't anything we are used to. too small. i'm not a huge pasta fan so i can get away with zoodles once in a while. also not a huge red sauce fan.

follow some keto people on instagram. you don't get full week plans but there are tons of recipes. i prefer it that way as i am kinda picky and don't like a lot of what the whole week plans offer. plus, i don't like avocado, which is in almost every week long plan i've seen. be creative on your own.
