i do alot of walking but need to change it up a bit, especially with winter around the corner. im in a similar boat, colder temps, rain, and getting dark at night...plus its harder to drink water when its not hot out... ive been at same weight now for about 5 weeks... im planning on moving some of my activity indoors when i cant get outside. im gonna try the 30 day shred dvd..hope that will kick some more weight off.

i try to do 10000 steps, so i walk..i try to do it in morning , after my morning route.(i drive a school bus) its getting dark earlier now in evening, and its unlikely i"ll do anything outdoors in the dark. I do have a treadmill, if i have no other option, but so far the morning walk is working out

appetite suppressants might be helpful if a person eats because they are actually hungry. i eat out of boredom, stress, emotion...so these wouldn't help me. other kinds of diet pills, I'm not sure of...some of the side effects on some diet pills are kinda scary...not worth the risk.

i've used them for a couple months. in protein shakes or yogurt mostly. I do feel full longer, also I think its helped with digestion. theres also a drink called "mama chia" vitality drink at grocery store, that tastes pretty good.just unusual texture.:)
