My profile is at http://www.fitbit.com/user/22HTZ2 if you wanted to look. I think it is public.

I love my FitBit One and have been wearing it for 3 years now. Whether or not it is right for you depends on what you are looking for in a fitness device. Are you looking for motivation? Are you looking to see (in general) how many calories you burn in a day? Are you trying to stop sitting around on your butt all day and…

Is that a parachuter behind you in the second pic?!?

I don't know if the Charge is one of those ones you wear around the wrist but I've heard that people get inaccurate results with those because it'll count steps if you swing your arms. As a teacher—and even more so as a preschool teacher—I bet you are moving your arms a lot even when you aren't walking. I love my FitBit…

Thread rez totally acceptable in this case.

Planks or Burpees

That's exactly what I do.

I am sad that I seem to have reached the end of this.

You take advantage of those guarantees that a lot of places have nowadays.

Liability is the issue. What if the person gets into a car accident while transporting the kids? Who will pay for their injuries? What if there is not enough insurance to cover the injuries incurred, then who will pay the remainder? Lost items? Child loses $200 piece of electronic equipment. Swears she had it in the car.…

Not reading 3 pages but just wanted to add, if it hasn't been said already, Get half the portion to go. That makes a 1000 cal meal into a 500 cal meal and more manageable. I do it all the time eating out.
-
Because most people want a quick fix and don't want to work out. Most of those diets promise weight loss without the need for exercise.
-
Why not? He'd get the message. He can't force you to eat it. He buys it. Throw it out or let him eat it.

Wish you could have screenshotted it. Wish there was a way the admins could track his IP so he could be reported. To the OP: Weren't you ever taught that two wrongs don't make a right? Even if everyone else is doing it doesn't mean you have to? If you don't feel that you should just "relabel" the food, refuse to. And ewww.…

And I'm done.

The FT4 was only $60 last I looked. If that's out of your price range then you get into buying HRMs that aren't accurate because they don't come with a strap to measure your Heart Rate. My FitBit One is great, but also in the Polar range. I'd suggest saving up or looking on Ebay/Amazon for a used one.

And that's why it isn't sustainable. Learn moderation and you won't have to give up carbs.

In the three times (maybe!) my son, who is now 7, has had a tantrum in the store I've placed him in timeout. Right in the middle of an (unused/out of the way) aisle. Do I care if I get judgmental stares? Nope. Is it better for me to give in so he learns that screaming will get him his way just to make some stranger I'm…

Online gaming. Two of my friends have gotten married after meeting their spouses via dating websites. I'm not sure I know many people any more who meet "the natural way" and get married any more. LOL.

I don't have the time right now to adequately research your profile and such so I simply wanted to add that nuts & seeds are not low calorie in the least. I get the feeling that you aren't weighing your portions and underestimating your meals. 1800 calorie diets can be full of good, healthy foods with "no treats"…

For some reason, clicking that link made the result come out all wonky with broken images and stuff. I removed the highlighting and it fixed it. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1032620-4-10-and-eats-2000-calories-a-day-eeegads-pics

Don't let it discourage you but it is water weight more than likely. It'll even out over the next couple of weeks.

^ That. Sounds like you have serious body image issues and you need medical help.

I came here for pics... and was disappointed. Cellulite is mainly genetics.
