I love that I clicked on this thread from my "Most Recent Forum Topics" list and saw that you were the poster :) Then I laughed because I'm reading this, sitting here eating Papa John's. Edit: Nor did I realize this was a necro thread. From January! Still great :)

I'd say wear an HRM and find out.

I will go to these places and only eat half of the entree in order to counter that. Voila, 500 calories. Take the rest to go and have a yummy lunch or dinner the next day.

Please talk to a doctor who will hopefully refer you to a therapist. The fact that you don't have a period, are losing your hair, and all the other medical issues you have outlined makes it appear as though you are eating far far too little. The fact that you seem to realize you aren't fat but still want to eat like you…

(Not) getting touch-ups is why a lot of ink may not look as great later years down the road. Most people don't seem to realize that it needs to be done or don't have the funds.

It is the supposed "fat burning zone". I ignore it. If your heart is beating, you are burning calories.

I've heard some good things about Withings. I'm glad you are enjoying it! It wasn't around (or I hadn't heard about it when I got my Fitbit) but it sounds like the two services do pretty much the exact same thing. I went and got the Fitbit Aria scale as well, which I had been wanting for over a year now, just a couple of…

^ This is correct. I've been using my Fitbit for free for at least two years now. The one that charges a fee is the BodyMedia band. Now there is a Fitbit Premium service (http://www.fitbit.com/premium/about) but in conjunction with MFP it isn't necessary imo.

I laughed so hard at this. Chickens can fly. Just because the farmers cut their flight feathers so they can't doesn't mean they are born that way. I had Ameraucana's and Barred Rocks and if I had the picture handy I could show you them roosting 15 feet up in a tree the one night I forgot to lock up their coop.

My son told me to crochet some kitten boots for our kitten the other day. I told him I didn't think it would work and then showed him this: We couldn't stop laughing.
