I prefer morning workouts. I get up at 4:30 am and do a 40-60 minutes workout. I'm super sleepy when I first get up but I have more energy throught out the day and I feel so much better. I've done it before and I'm doing it again now. I love it because I love to dance and I prefer yoga to most exercises. The first I did it I went 10 weeks and ate very healthy. I managed to drop 20 lbs and I was very flexible. I'm now on week 4 doing it again and I'm down 5 lbs. I would recommend it, especially for people…
