Dukan, 17 Day, South Beach are all ones that I like. Read up on them and find one that works for you. I am currently doing the Dukan diet and really like it.

I am currently doing the EA sport wii game 30 day challenge on high intensity and then do about 20-30 minutes of Just Dance 1 or 2 or the Zumba wii game. After 2 weeks I am already see great results!

I have been making the protein pancakes but I am going to give this a try! Smuckers makes a really good sugar free maple syrup. It has calories unlike the Walden Farms but I like the flavor better. I found it in the regular syrup section of my grocery store.

You can make this dish in the microwave too. I peel and slice my apples thin, place in a microwave safe dish. Spray with ICBNB and sprikle some truvia and cinnamon on top. Cover with saran wrap and cook for 2 minutes. So good!

I work 2 12 hour nights a week so I usually take the same thing. I always take a big salad. Romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, sliced red onion, sliced almonds. Then I add either grilled chicken, naked buffalo chicken tenders or grilled shrimp. I also take an orange, a protein shake (muscle milk light) and a greek yogurt…

I recently bought Zumba for the wii and have done it a couple of times. I think it is quite challenging but I am also super uncoordinated! I just do the best I can! :)

I have a hard time getting my protein in so I added shakes to help. I drink Muscle Milk light. I get 15gm protein for 100 calories. I buy it at Sam's Club. It comes premade in a juice box type container. I find that makes it easier for me to grab one on my way out the door or take it to work with me.

I am in Papillion! I LOVE taking advantage of all the restaurants in this town but I agree it is difficult. I love eating at non-chain type restaurants but it is so hard to figure out the calorie counts!

That is a great idea adding a trampoline! I never thought about including one. I am thinking my next games will be EA 2 after I finish the 30 day challenge on EA1. I also am thinking about getting Gold's cardio because I love kick boxing.

I just read an interview that Jennifer Lopez gave and she said that she used Tracy Anderson to get in shape for her new video. I was looking at it on her website too. I have so many videos and have a hard time dropping another $100.
