Morning, I always weigh my meat uncooked. dbl check on the package cuz usually it will tell you how much cooked and cooked your serving is.ex. on a pasta box it will say for one serving so much grams for "dry" pasta.

just switch up and now instead of more reps light weights im gonna do less reps and the heaviest i can do! (4 sets from 8-10reps) reps smith machine sqauts 70lbs inner/outter thigh machine 60 lbs leg press incline 90 lbs leg extention 50 lbs leg curls 60 lbs calf raise 60lbs

my goal daily is to do a minimum of 60 min med/ high intensity and burn at least 500-700 cal a workout :) 5x out of the weekn 6x if i can get up on time in the Am and have a babysitter to watch the baby.

just think what you have accomplished so far! Set realistic goals at a time. maybe you need to change up your workouts to make if more enjoyable :) include someone in your workouts or listen to some up beat music! just stay focus and think positive :) we all go thru this, your not alone. just take it a day at a time...…

dosnt that defeat the purpose of losing weight if thats what you want to do. you dont want to eat up the calories your burning off
