  • Have you tried increasing your calorie intake just a smidge? I have seen where other people have done it and gotten off their plateau in a positive way....Just a thought. Keep up the good work. It will be to your benefit in the long run!!

  • If the scale didn't budge you did not necessarily fail in April...The number did not go up :smile: so that is a success in itself!! YAY!

  • It really depends on your current weight, activity, diet and body make up. What works for one person may not work for another, but general guidelines are scattered all around the web. Not to mention it will fluctuate as you lose and change your lifestyle (food, exercise, etc.)

  • Something I have to continually tell myself is...I didn't put this weight on in 3 or 4 weeks, it is not going to come off quickly either. Don't let your scale hold you captive. As someone else suggested, let your clothes guide you on your weight loss; muscle weighs more than fat.
