I think it just depends on the person for example at 10st 1 sazzie is a UK14 but im currently at 10st 3 and im a UK10/12 dont worry, you'll be into those 16's soon (then down, down to your goal ^.^)

erm, at my working if you ate 600g you would have taken in 664cal as its 166cal per 150g (kcal and cal are the same thing)

well ive brought my calories up and im eating between 1200-1600 now (my weight is now 146.6) - it varies each day. But what ive found now is that i'm not feeling full at all! or if i ever do get to feeling full i'm hungry again within 15mins

ive done ok today i think - i havnt stuck to the plan so far - i had a cheese panini i didnt plan but i was already 300cals under for the day and havnt eaten my banana and apple so im good for calories today well done on avoiding that muffin!:drinker:

in an attempt not to snack ive just eaten a whole pack of spearmint tic tacs and now my tongue is burning lol - i WILL get back on track today my new problem is mid-morning snacking - breakfast just doesnt seem to keep me full anymore!

thanks! i know its bad but i dropped my cals to 1000 for 4 days of the week and eat 1400 the other 3 days - i feel soooooo much better doing this! Katie xxx

hi guys! im not actualy sure how much i lost during february - it was 3.6lbs in the last two weeks, my goal for march is another 3lbs which going by todays weight of 144.6 should make me 141.6 by april! hope everyone had a good weekend Katie xxx

oooo ive never been to GBK but it looks really nice when i walk past (theres one in york but not in carlisle) I out for dinner tonight at la Tasca and out on saturday night too, good luck on surviving it, its gonna take me a lot of effort lol

i agree with monica about the points equalling low calories, i recently joined at i was put at 18points a day which works out around 1000cals, and from wearing my HRM a couple of days i found i burn around 2000cals a day so this level was way too low for me

we weren't told we could have any extra? there was a little quiz we had to do that said how many we should have, i got 18 and my friend got 24, hmmm, going to check the booklet now for these extra points - they never even said about eating back what you exercise
