Baltimore, MD. I'm a transplant from Madison, WI, though I've also lived in Portland, OR; Orange County, CA; and Denver, CO. Fickle 20s. ;)

Actually, you should get yourself re-fitted by a boutique that specializes in women's lingerie. As your band size goes down, your cup size will actually go up. I was shocked, when even though the girls seemed a bit smaller, that my band size went down and my cup size went way up. I went from a 40C to a 36DDD. Granted, I…

Thank you, everyone, very much. An emotional journey, this one...and the support makes me smile. Love to you all!

Thanks so much! :)

I do feel better...at least I know I can walk further than I could before without getting tired as quickly! :)

You all are so wonderful for your encouraging, supportive comments. Y'all are a big part of why I'm able to be successful! Thank you!

Incredible transformation! Excellent job!

I am the best version of me right now, for so many reasons. Physically, emotionally, musically...I'm better than I have ever been in my life. I still have a ways to go to reach my ultimate goals, but that's all part of the journey.

Tillamook is available throughout the country. I've seen it out here on the East Coast. (The reason I knew to look for it was because I lived in Portland for several years. Mmmm, Tillamook.) Also, OP, you could try something like Laughing Cow Light cheese wedges. It's a softer cheese spread, in a number of flavors. It's…

Sub. Big time.

When I hit my final goal? Surgery. The bat wings have to go so I can actually wear shirts that fit the rest of me.

Yes, I've gone through, and am going through this. I've lost about 100 pounds, in two chunks of time. The first was 35ish pounds back in 2005. The last 65 pounds has been in the past year. You'd think I'd be happy...in the past year, 65 pounds gone, 10" gone off my waist, 11" gone off my hips, etc., etc. But I look in the…

I love the Ta Ta Tamer II from LuLuLemon. As funny a name as it is, it works amazingly well: http://shop.lululemon.com/products/clothes-accessories/women-sports-bras/Ta-Ta-Tamer-II-31110?cc=8532&skuId=3480598&catId=women-sports-bras The Anita high-impact I tried on yesterday seemed good, too. No bouncing in either of them!

The reason I like 'The Biggest Loser' even if it's completely unrealistic, is because you can see the changes in each person's personality. You watch them as they fight their inner demons. Come to terms with things in their lives they haven't wanted to deal with, whether they caused their weight problems or not. There have…

Thank you to everyone for your kind words! As humans, once we set our mind to something, we can accomplish anything. WE CAN DO IT!!

I hit 365 today.

Nah, just meant as a frustration. With the health issues I have, it's hard to gauge perceived exertion sometimes. A HRM might be a better way for me to know more regularly how I'm doing. If I'm having a bad pain day, for example, I'm going to feel a high level of exertion, but may not even be in an aerobic zone.

I have bradycardia due to taking a beta blocker. My resting rate is between 40-60 beats per minute, and my blood pressure is low in the mornings, and usually normal to the low side of normal throughout the day. Because I have the beta blocker in my system, I can't push my heart rate over 130, even with vigorous exercise. I…

You will have weeks where you lose. You might have weeks where you gain. You will eventually hit a plateau and will have weeks where you stay the same. I've had weeks where I've lost 4 pounds or more. I've had weeks where I've either maintained, or lost very little (say, 0.4 lb). I've had a couple times where I've gained a…

I am down about 95 pounds from my highest recorded weight. (My actual highest weight..who knows what it was. I never bothered checking.) This part of my journey has been almost exactly a year now. I am down about 60 pounds. The other 35 ish pounds I lost were in 2005 and took me a year and a half because I didn't have the…

You are eating way too little. You ARE starving yourself. Put your goals into MFP and follow the amount of calories it tells you to eat. You're not going to lose weight faster by eating less, at least not at the level you're doing. ESPECIALLY if you are exercising a lot.

Ooh, good point. In that case, did anyone check ON the couch? ;)

Did you check under the couch?
