I weigh in once a week. Always first thing in the morning, after using the bathroom and before eating/drinking anything. More than once a week and I'll go crazy. I take measurements once a month, right after weighing in. I also take comparison photos, once every three months.

I think what was meant is that they allow themselves anything they want to eat. They probably eat whatever they want, but in MODERATION. I am the same way. There is nothing that is restricted from my diet. I allow myself to eat what I want. But I maintain portion control, and stay within my calorie range. And for me, it's…

Yep. Over 90 pounds gone without restricting carbs.

Congratulations!! That's awesome! ONEderland is a ONEderful place to be. It was 6 months ago when I finally dropped back in for the first time in...I don't remember how long.... Let's stay a while! :D

<3 Jillian. I did 30 Day Shred, and now use Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism, which is kind of like 30 Day Shred on crack....

Right now I am at 175 pounds, and just bought a pair of size 10s that fit. I started at about 270 in size 26-28s.

How awesome! Congrats! And what a nice thing your sweetie did! :)

Oh if I had a nickel for every time this was asked of me. I'm just short of 100 pounds, but I'm almost there. Two secrets: Watching how much you put in your mouth, and making sure you move more. I wrote an extended list expanding on those two points and posted it a couple weeks ago, but I'll put it again here for your…

I hate burpees only because my wrists can't take the stress. I'm hoping I'll get to the point they'll be able to do it!

6 pounds, breaking a plateau I'd been on since the beginning of December into the second week of January.

This. a-fib is a fast, fluttery heart rate, not a slow one. And yes, an EKG is needed to diagnose, along with correct interpretation by a cardiologist.
-
My resting heart rate is between 45-50 bpm...but I am also taking a beta blocker. There is such a thing as too low. If your resting rate is 39 bpm, you really should talk to your doctor.

I'm too polite of a lady to post that here. ;)

One is a pedometer (FitBit), one is a heart rate monitor (Polaris). They don't do the same things.

A piano recital of one of the music faculty at the University of Wisconsin. I think I was 12. Yes, I'm a classical music nerd.

I'm in the same boat! I hit under 180 and was so happy. Then it went up to 181 and STAYED THERE FOR 6 FREAKIN' WEEKS!! ($*(#($ But it's finally come back down. This week's weigh-in was 176.4 and I'm delighted!

Aaaaaamazing results! :D

Oh, and I'm doing JM's 'Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism' video now. It's basically 40 minutes of the same type of circuit training, using only body weight. It goes non-stop. It's a brutal beast compared to 30DS.

I did it a couple months ago. I did it every day with the exception of two rest days at 2 different points due to rehearsal schedule. I lost 4 pounds (which is less than normal, but I attribute it to muscle gain), and 2" from my waist, 2.5" from my hips, and 1" from my upper arms. But I gained strength, endurance, and…

Thank you for your advice!

Isn't it really expensive? I've been tempted but I certainly can't afford the price I see on Amazon!

Aw, thank you!
