My goal was realy aggressive ~ 15pds. So I didn't make it:( but I did lose 6.4 pounds :) I am so excited you made your goal!

I joined WW about 9 weeks ago and on average lose about a pound a week before I was tracking on MFP and lost but it was more up and down. I love the community here on MFP so I toggle between the 2.

Hi my name is Nicole. I weigh 227pounds. I have lost 10 pounds so far. I may not go to the gym but every blue moon but I go walking often. I may not fit into my skinny jeans but I can fight 1 size smaller. I may put others first but Sunday mornings is my time:)

OMG! I am in the same boat in my 20's it was so easy! Now at 37 it takes weeks to lose so little that I get discouraged! You can add me as a friend and we can encourage each other!
