You need to add protein. I usually eat a 100 calorie bagel with either weight watcher cream cheese and a hard boiled egg or with a scrambled egg and a slice of cheese as a sandwich. Then I have a snack before lunch such as a banana or greek yogurt.

I'm a sweets person too. Everything in moderation. I like those Ghiradelli dark chocolate squares and they are only 53 calories for 1! Never deprive yourself or else you will binge.

Hi I'm looking for friends too. I'm 5'7" and weigh 164 and I want to get down to at least 145 to start and after that, who knows. I'm 44 yrs old and work full time and have a 4 yr old daughter, Ella. Always looking for new ideas for recipes!

That's what prompted me too to join and lose weight. My doctor told me I have 4 months to drop my cholesterol or else I go on meds. So I have until June to do it. Good for you, that's awesome!

I can relate too, I'm a cakeoholic at heart. We have a Sprinkles too in Scottsdale. I had my own 'cake victory" too at work. They had this giant cake and they were offering everyone a slice and my old self would have never turned down free cake but I closed my eyes and passed it up!
