Thanks for the information I was going to try it, I have never had oatmeal before and thought this may be my first step out because of how good it look and how it sound but I think not now that I have look at the infomation you posted.

How did you know how many calories you burnt?.

Today was my first day off Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and it kick my butt and I am in the gym doing aerobics or zumba 6 days a week. Try eating within an hour of you getting up in the morning and each a snack at 10:00 am lunch at noon a snack at 2:00 and dinner around five or six and then a small snack before you go to bed. ysfitness if you increase your water intake you will notice more of a weight loss, you did not say if you were drinking sweet or unsweetened tea and if you are drinking sweeten you are drinking a lot of empty calories

I agree that Zumba needs to be added however, for now I am logging it under Dancing, Aerobic, Ballet or Modern Twist.

I am up and was craving as well but I brought so Nabisco 100 calorie snacks the other day and I just had that and a 20 bottle of water.

I use the Canola Oil spray in place of oil in a lot of my recipes that I fry and the Olive Oil in the bottle to fry foods that I just have to have fried and it works great.

I would say cooked but you need to make sure you go light on the sauce and meat if you are having either.

WOW you now have all the tools necessary to lost weight a good attitude, scales of all fashion and determination YOU GO GIRL you will be under 200 before you know it.

You may consider putting in your measurements because the scales may show a weight gain but you may be the same or lost body fat and that is good as losing pounds.

@ Malonemx hang in there and maybe you should not eliminate any foods from your diet just limit the intake and go kid size if you do decide to get some McDonald or whatever and still stay within your daily calorie intake.
