Texan, I as well am on my second journey to get healthy and lose a couple of pound in the process. However, I do understand when you have a person around you that is able to eat tanything they like but your will power and the help of your weight journey family will get you where you need to be to achieve your goal.

I am the same I am a late eater therefore, when I reach my calories for the day I stop eating.

I am going to try and do Monday, Wednesday and Friday probably would die if I tried to do it 30 days straight,

I put in Julian Michael and it came up and I put in my weight and time and it put in the calories

Completed Day 1 the hardest for me were the pushup and squat shoulder raises. I do not know If I am going to make 30 days put I am going to put forth a good effort. :grumble: :frown:

I think if you make him go to court and attend the defensive driver course that is punishment enough he was honest. If he attends the course I do not think they will give him any points on his driver licenses or make him pay. Whatever, you do please do not be to hard he seem to be a good kid.

Have the apartment manager put up a sign that states to remove you clothes promply. Now, as far as waiting if there is available dryer put them in the dryer, if they left their laundry basket put them inside their basket and start your laundry.

Okay everyone can someone tell me how long does it take to complete the exercises for each day? I work crazy hours and will try to at least get 3 days a week in :noway: . I will post my measurements on Sunday and hopefully can add my before picture added.

Do not cry it only water take and remember we should not be on the scales everyday make you weigh in on the same day of the week and in the morning naked. Hang it there it will get better.

Take it a day at a time and do not focus so much on the weight lost at first and if you have not take measurements because you will probably see inches before weight lost and pace yourself slowely.
