I thought I could keep in track but I would go up 5 and down 6. I maintained my weight but didn't lose much. Blah!!

I have been gone from MFP for about an year but I am doing my best this time to follow my guideline given by MFP because my blood pressure is high and I do not want to take medication. 0 -
That's great. all we can do is our best, everyday has its challenges. But don't forget log everything even if u slip community is their to help us put our buts in gear.
