Not really trying, not knowing what they are eating (calorie wise) calories in vs calories out, not logging beverages (wine and coffee drinks)--generally being misinformed and not wanting to hear it like it is.

Cadbury Mini Eggs Peeps Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Bunnies Robins Eggs (malted eggs)

I never thought I would be a size zero, ever. I'm a small person too (4'11). Some is from hard work, some is frame size/genetics. I eat. You don't want to be around me if I don't. -

I have small ears---I haven't found any ear buds that work so I rock it old school with the headband foam over the ear style. Not cool, but cheap and they work for me.
-
Yes, I have bones sticking out--But still can grab a handful of fat/loose skin on my lower back. It's irritating.

I don't tell people. I will just say I've lost a few pounds if they ask. Especially after yesterday when someone I haven't seen in awhile asked me what size I was(after commented how small I'd gotten), then proceeded to tell me that I looked sickly and ill! Keep them guessing I say.

1/2 cup dry oats 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup almond milk 1 tsp brown sugar packed 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1-2 tablespoons dried cranberries Yum!

Thanks for that link--very helpful!

I feel the same way.....Even when I make better choices while eating out, the salt is too much sometimes. Stuff that used to taste good doesn't anymore and makes me sick.
-
I use a Camelbak--32oz, I usually fill it 2-3 times a day at work and then 1-2 times a home(yes I pee alot).
-
I like my job most days. I am fortunate to have a job and work with mostly awesome people. I dislike days when we are slow....I get bored and sit on pinterst, which is easy to do because I have to stay near my desk to answer the phones...

I'm 4'11 and a 1/2--I weigh about 99 pounds and wear many different sizes! Today I'm wearing a 0 short bootcut from Levi's (juniors), I have some 0-3 and sometimes I wear kids jeans.

My lunch from yesterday. Baked sweet potato with 1/2 cup black beans, salsa, fat free sour cream, salsa, tiny bit shredded cheese, and salt &pepper, no butter needed.

I'm just stuck on the part that you have a "foot" processor. Hehe. Anyways, we have a Ninja--It's pretty nice.

 That clip is is too funny.

4"11 and a 1/2 here:smile:

That's sweet.

It took me 11 months to lose 16 pounds, so I think I fall into the slow loser category! lol

I love it when the gym starts to clear out after the first of the year New Years resolutions people start to dwindle. Its nice to be able to use the equipment and machines again. I don't talk to anyone at the gym--In and out with a purpose, when I go.

Water, water, and more water. Drink as much as you can.
-
Some yogurt...and diet coke.
-
That is too funny. I eat 1300, gives me a little wiggle room--plus I'm trying to figure out my maintenance calories.
-
I agree with the food stamps....$100 a month for food is not good---something to look into. Discount stores (Aldi, Sav-a-Lot, Dented can type of stores) oats in the canisters eggs chicken thighs in the bag, save the bones for soup stock Try this site--maybe it will give you some ideas and you can make them healthy?…
-
If you eat it, log it. I track my vitamins and potassium---so I WANT to track all my fruits and veggies I eat so I can see where I'm at--good or bad. Plus a calorie is a calorie. Log it.

Leftover homemade thin crust pizza, baby carrots, and maybe an apple.

This cat is too cute.

Yes. I wear layers, many layers! At work I have my space heater on the entire day and sometimes will wear my coat the first hour I'm at work. I dread going outside when it's cold which is hard to avoid since I live in North Dakota:)

I cut back because I wanted the calories for food instead---and then I just ended up quitting all together. I don't even miss it. I don't miss waking up feeling like crap, wasting a day feeling hungover, wondering what stupid things I said or did the night before, or eating crap foods the next day.
