I'm 4'11 and a 1/2....A little older than some of you at 32 years old, but still a shortie! I love watching food tv shows and being outside. I have about 2 pounds left to lose and a open diary.

It all depends on the person. I wear a zero, sometimes a 00. I also wear children's clothing, I'm 4'11 and 1/2. I'm at a healthy weight, look healthy, have muscles, and boobs. The sizing of clothing varies so much, I don't care what size I am--I just care what fits.

P90X is a time hog! I tried to do it after work too, but at an hour plus (if you do the abs) its too long when you are short on time. I agree on the HIIT training so you have more free time with your busy/packed schedule.

I'm 4"11 and a 1/2. Passed my original goal weight of 100-105....so now I'm just doing whatever til my body looks how I want it to. I'm about 98 right now.

Mine acted like that til I bought a smaller strap. Once my strap was tight enough, I didn't have thought problem again.

I Like Belvitas....my co-workers call them old man/lady crackers! I can't live without my Crystal light energy drink packets. I need one every morning...Food I'm not terribly picky about (as long as I eat something everything 3-4 hours) and I don't drink alcohol, so yeah.

We have a son with Autism, so I do something similar. However my son won't eat half of the things she listed! I try to get him to try things, but honestly his sensory issues just are too much. So I will make him and PB&J and our youngest will eat what I make, parts of it anyways....most of the time.

Black bean and rice "burger" patties on a WW tortilla with sour cream, lettuce, olives and ranch. Also had some sliced strawberries and a star-burst.

Silliest thing I've heard all day. Drink whenever. I drink water all day along, and lots of it. Even with my meals and while I'm cooking them and before bed.

My food diary is open if you want to see what I eat. Sometimes I make a breakfast burrito with egg whites, black beans, and salsa. Sometimes egg whites, peppers and onions with ham/turkey and 45 calorie toast, or egg whites with whole wheat pancakes(no oil, use almond milk--very low calorie). This week I am having oatmeal…

I've noticed the heart rate thing too.. Did the Jillian Micheal's thing, the 30 day shred or whatever (found it on Youtube) thought I would do it to see what all the hulla-baloo was about. Kept looking at my HRM, not in range it says. Pretty much the entire workout. Hpmh.

Poo on them. You make time, so could they. I've been on both sides of the fence (SAHM and working mom)--it's hard BOTH ways to make time to workout--if you want it bad enough, you'll do it and YOU have. Good for you and you look great!:smile:

I'm up .2 pounds--the ham I'm guessing....Went for a walk/jog with the pup in the AM and did go over in calories a bit.....the carrot cake cheesecake I made was worth it! Now to get it out of the house so I don't eat anymore of it....

My husband often watches things on Netflix when he works nights and can't sleep--glad he decided to check this one out after hearing everyone at work talk about it--its addicting!

As much as I cannot wait for Sunday's episode, I will hate the torturous wait for the fall season. THIS I didn't start watching til a few months ago actually--- the husband got me hooked and we watched older Netflix episodes and download the newer episodes on the ipad until we were caught up.
