I'd say you could also confuse your body by eating maybe 1200 cals one day then 1500 the next day, then maybe 1100 day after that (if u would go under 1200) then go back up to maybe 1400...Just keep confusing your body!

I like an apple sliced with cinnamon as well as strawberries and some chopped dates with So Delicious vanilla coconut milk yogurt as dip....sooooo yummy! And if u realllllyyy want chocolate u could sprinkle a tablespoon chocolate chips on the dip:)

Wow I get you so much, nobody will ever understand unless they have the same problem. I mean you worded it exactly! No matter how thin we get it will never be good enough and our eyes will always focus on the "problem areas" that we have....mine are thighs and thats the only thing I see is fat thighs:(

My thoughts exactly!! I guess people would say I'm skinny already but its the problem areas (thighs) that are the problem....they just don't want to shrink:(

I was going to say that maybe its because your confidence goes down if you weigh more and he can sense that?? I know if I'm heavier mine goes down and I am less open with him then...in bed, in small clothes etc..so maybe he doesn't want to hurt your feelings? I feel your pain, I started working out about 2 and a half months ago and didn't see results (weight loss) until maybe 2 weeks ago.
