I have a small frame and am 5' 6". Im currently about 125. My top half is small and ottom half is big (thighs and bum) I liked myself best at around 115. I would love to be 110 but I am striving for muscle so I'll weigh more

disfellowshipped is if a jehovah's witness who is baptized turns away from the religion or does somethng bad and the elders take them aside and thats how its done. one that happens your not allowed to speak to them until the decide the wat to come back

brthdays was because a king (cant remember the name) wanted john the baptists head on a platter for hs birthday, therefore its not good to celebrate that. Organized sports not sure, bad association usually was why I couldn't do ANYTHING

Which happens in alot of diffrent religions. OMG People I WISH I NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT DR, OZ! I saw it on the body building website then googled it and Dr. Oz popped up along with a bunch of other sites I read about these on...I only said Dr. Oz because thats the only other one I can remember the name too....**rolling eyes, shaking head*** ughh

ohh I forgot to add that beans are a great source of protein and fiber:) Also I think if I could go through a pregnancy be vegan and have an extremely healthy and insanely smart daughter that I must be doing something right...even though people say no dont be vegan when your pregnant! Research research!
