bcattoes: was it roasted or raw almond butter? I find that I lie raw almond butter wayyyyyyy better, its got a very nice sweet taste to it. I love it with an apple, sliced with cinnamon and soe honey dates...use almond butter as dip:) f u want to make it even yummier, put some vanilla coconut milk yogurt on the side too:)

LMAO maybe its just the type of people they are. I buy organic, not religously but whenever I can and I certainly am not judgy or rude to other people lol. Its their life style choice! How was that person at the market supposed to know they needed to bring their own bags? Oyyy some people!

LOL u can try making a half and half batch......Oh another thing I've done is making mashed potatoes and adding in some pureed white kidney beans. Even my husband lied it and it adds major protein and fiber:)

Only thing I can see is sugar a bit high on some days, maybe try cutting out or replacing some sugar (brown sugar) with coconut sugar or stevia? Its hard to not go over on sugars though I know because fruits have lots.
