Wings. gag. tomato soup (love tomatoes though) deep fried anything ice cream any kind of soda hamburger soft fruits

Maybe change something. My body starts to know the routine -- food and exercise -- pretty quick. I constantly have to alter foods and my exercise regimen otherwise my body adjusts too quickly and starts maintaining at that level. I have to keep it confused or I don't see results.

Gum. It's one of my best defenses against tempting snacks. If I pop some minty sugar free gum in my mouth, I rarely feel the need to snack on anything I shouldn't. Don't like to waste the gum or spoil my minty fresh mouth. I carry it everywhere.

And sometimes throwing them in the dryer hoping that they might shrink a little since now they're too big! :happy:

Started on Dec. 15. Lost about 20+ lbs and now an am pretty much in maintenance mode at 121. Change of eating habits, logging every bite and making exercise a daily part of my life in whatever form I can get it pretty much did the trick.

Cool. A group for me, finally. I stick to an average of about 1,000 a day. I do about 45-55 minutes of cardio 6 to 7 days per week but don't usually eat back the net. I feel great and have tons of energy. I do take some calcium and a multivitamin some days because I don't eat dairy or meat. Regardless, the low cal life…
