I like Wii fit plus. Lots of different activities and you can set what you want and just go. You can also weigh yourself with it and track goals.

Have you tried eating higher calorie foods. I have heard of some eating avocado ect. If not you might want to talk to your dr.

I was just going to ask the same questions. I know that you are supposed to eat 1200 calories, but if you burn 600 are you supposed to eat 1800 total or just have a larger deficit. Good question!
