Don' t worry. There will always be someone larger than you are. They will wish to be your size. JUST DO IT! After the first trip, it will be a breeze. Good luck.

I have steel cut oats, eggs, whole wheat toast, yogurt, walnuts with a chopped apple and oranges. I may not have all of them the same day but that is a routine. I am retired and have plenty of time to prepare.

I rarely eat red meats so I eat eggs 2-3 times per week. My Doctor said they do not raise the cholesterol unless you eat a dozen daily and no one is going to do that. ENJOY YOUR EGGS.
