I am feeling exactly the same. Off track for the last week and can't get back on with a firm hold. I think what's stopping me is that it's my birthday this Friday and I know that day and the next will be off (cake, dinners out, etc.). And I totally know this is the wrong way to approach it!

I had a horrible weekend. My Oma (grandmother) is dying in the hospital and I just can't cope. I spent the weekend visiting with her before she is moved to palliative care tomorrow.
