Does anyone have any recommendations for any helpful apps? I feel like I am drowning and need something different to pull me out of this.

What's your schedule?
I am hoping to start NROLFW next week and am trying to decide on a schedule for working in both lifting and hopefully a bit of cardio. Is anyone willing to share their schedule? How many times a week do you lift/do cardio and on what days? How many rest days do you have?

Vegetarians who eat 40% carbs/30% fat/30% protein?
What the heck do you eat? I felt like maybe the macros breakdown that MFP had given me (50% carbs/15% protein/35% fat) was too carb heavy and protein light, so I am trying to change it around a bit.
