Gah....think I pulled a little something yesterday when I did RDL and SLRDL in the same session. I maybe should have dropped the weight halfway through my four sets of 5, especially as they are followed by a set of 8. I'll have to remember that for next time. Me too. I will be done it in about eight weeks, then I am going to take the last few weeks of summer vacation to do whatever lifts or workout I feel like doing on a daily basis. Once my kids are back to school I will likely start a four day split.

I am the same hill mike; I have started watching evening tv in a room not right beside the kitchen, so laziness sets in and I cannot be bothered to go downstairs for more food. I often watch in bed and end up turning it off and going to bed early, which is also helpful.
