Weigh-in this morning was 127 - I'm down 1.5 from last week. So, 3.5 to go in less than 2 weeks, I may not make the goal, but I'm really going to try. I gained about 40 lbs with my baby girl who is now 6 months old. I have been working on this with healthier eating and working out since August. I should be starting Week 2 today also. I was only able to get in 2 of the 3 days for Week 1 so I'll be doing my 3rd day for last week first, then moving on to Week 2! Have you signed up for a 5k yet? I can't decide if I'm going to or if I'm just doing it to show myself I can!

Thanks Karen - that is the same Superman move as P90X - yea!!! So, I started D10 L2 last night and only got ~15 minutes in before my 6-month old decided she was done playing by herself and needed her mommy. So, I think I'll repeat the last day of Level 2 and get started on Level 3 this weekend. :smile:

Karen - have you done P90X at all? I'm wondering if the Supermans are the same move from that?!?! I loved that move during P90X - it was hard to finish all of them because it was so much work!

I did L2 D9 last night. . .almost ready for Level 3! Hopefully I can wrap up Level 2 tonight and start Level 3 either tomorrow or Saturday. Karen, you make me excited to start Level 3 - I'm looking for a good calorie burn!

I didn't Shred yesterday - my mom came at the last minute to stay for a night and see my daughter, so I didn't have time to plan and get my workout in in the morning. So, hopefully tonight I get back on track - I will finish the 30 days even though it seems like it's taking me forever!

So, finally back on track with completing Day 8 of Level 2 last night. I hope to wrap up Level 2 on Wednesday and move on to Level 3 and my last 10 days! I also started C25K last night and found it to be a great warmup to 30DS. Sooo glad to be back!

Back down to 128.5 this morning. . .hopefully I'll keep going down from here on out. The whole gaining thing last week sucked! So, I didn't work out last week and could have eaten healthier, so this week I'm back on track!

So I didn't do the Shred at all last week - not good! So I plan on starting back up tonight - I'll be on Day 18 total - Day 8 of Level 2. I'm very ready to hear from someone's experience about Level 3!!!

Sept 27 - 128.5 Oct 4 - 130 Oct 11 - 128.5 So, I'm back to where I started which is okay since I was sick last week and didn't work out at all and really didn't eat that great either. So, today I'm back on track. . .still shooting for 123 by the end of the month - wow I'm really going to have to get after it!

Yeah. . .so absolutely nothing last week :grumble: unless you count cleaning out my closet on Saturday. So, hopefully this week will be better! My family is finally over being sick, so it's time to get back after it!
