My goal was 75, however, something big happened in my life that has caused me to step back from strenuous workouts. I may shoot to walk the additional 6 miles I need though!   • Accountant II for the City I live in. I'm a CPA, so I do some book work and tax returns on the side. So pretty busy this time of year! But working for the City has been great....12 paid holidays - can't beat that! And the insurance is great!

  • No suggestions on a good speed to start at - as the intervals get longer I plan on using 6 or 6.5 mph. Right now since the intervals are shorter, i go at 7.5 mph. Off day. . .just need to make myself get up in the morning to finish the week!
