try going in reverse for awhile. I have teh same problem and when I feel my feet getting tingly I switch teh machine to reverse and pedal backwards. It works diffrent muscles, I beleive.

looks get! Try adding Russian twist and jumping jacks. They are easy moves, one will help your core, the other will giv eyou more cardio. Or jumping rope would too!

do Jillian Michaels shred. It has 3 different levels. I currenlty do it with my 9 year old daughter. She likes that it is the same routine and wants to work up to the higher level. I dont think its too difficult for a 9 year old (level one is great for her so far.) We have not tried the other levels yet.

I dont eat them. I makesure I eat my required calories but I try not to eat the exerise calories. Sometimes I save them for something special during the week, like dinner out on saturday or cocktails witht he friends.

happens to me every month. When i see a quick drop I now for sure TOM is coming. Ususally it takes about 3 days after TOM leaves for the scale to move back to the correct position. Sometime I am able to keep one of the punds off, other times I am not.

didnt gain or lose, dont feel motivated. Tired of sweeting and the scale hardly moving!! going to the gym in the morning hopefully the mood will be better
