I have a total of 97 lbs to lose, and my plan is to focus on 10% at a time- it isn't as daunting when you do it that way. Please don't give up! You can do it!!!

I would like to lose 10-15 lbs- I am training to walk the 60 mile, 3 day breast cancer walk in August, so if i eat well, I am hoping for 10-15 loss. If anyone would like new friends, please add me! I need all of the encouragement I can get!!!

Fat free chocolate pudding is good- only 100 calories! There are also now some Special K chocolate pretzel bars that are only 90 calories. The 30 day shred DVD by Jillian is AWESOME! The workout is literally about 22 minutes start to finish. And it is CHEAP!
