I use my kids bowls and cups. That way it LOOKS like I'm getting a lot of food. It's really helped me with portion control/ feeling like I got a good amount. Yeah, I have to trick myself. My family is full of" ice cream nuts". And it shows all around all of our waists! Good luck!

Oh my word! NO! I've tried, I LOVE the idea, but I'm a very clumsy, uncoordinated person. Seriously. I wore super cute flip flops to my own wedding, because I CANNOT walk in heels!

I am the same way! I was skinny in high school and could (and did )eat anything and started "filling out" in college, but I didn't care when I was in college. And then I got married and then I had two children. Now I'm at 165 and feel disgusting, so I started MFP two weeks ago. But I still LOVE food, especially fast food.…

I'm a stay at home mom of a two year and 6 month old! Time for me to lose the baby weight from both! I just started MFP this month and need to start making friends/weight loss partners here!
