I use it on my face for a few month now and its wonderful not greasy at all, I have even started using Frankincense oil mixed with it my face just glows now!!!.

Clean eating is about eating food that has not been genetically modified. or grown with GMO seeds. I wish people would do research on this and wake up GMO foods are killing off everything good.

I agree I don't think your getting enough calories in your diet. you body is basically freaking out and hanging on to what it has. you need to eat back your work out cal. at least try this formula. Take your weight multiply by 12 then subtract 30%. See if that helps try it for awhile your not going to gain but you also…

Sugar Free Coffee Mate, any flavor and a packet of Stevia, I have never had a problem I cant even use the reg kind now its way to sweet, and at 15 cal per serving. I do like the idea of almond milk I may give that a try

I have a friend still on WW and she uses a nutribullet and logged her drink and it was not free. Apparently when you juice its not free, free it was worth 7 points.

I hated there food library (never had it in there) and there scanner never found what I had scanned. I would use the MFP food journal or scanner to find out the info then put it in the WW journal and that to me was silliness! I would rather have people motivating me then some high paid actress who probably has food…

I started on Plexus about 6 weeks ago and i'm down 12 pounds. I have lost 1.5 in my waist, and 2 inches off my hips. My hubby has lost 10 pounds and he has been on it about a month now. I love it so much I started selling it.

I use the bar code scanner religiously it takes all the guess work out and the looking for foods. it took me awile before i knew about it so just thought i would tell you about it

Do u like seafood?? My hubby hates salads but started using smoked salmon and the tunas packets in the lettuce with the roasted red pepper and Parmesan dressing (kraft and it really is delious) he eats 2 of those a day with a green apple

my hubby and i don't like them much either but i have found a good way i use the steam bags of broc and cali. jun i make a ranch dip by using fage plain yogurt with the ranch powder it is an amazing substitute not to mention healthier for u plus ur gaining a probiotic.
