I just went on a cruise beginning of october. My nutritionist suggested sticking to the seafood options mostly, so I did that. I didn't feel deprived and I also didn't gain a lot of weight back. I think theres a lot of salt in the food they prepare, so remember to drink drink drink drink (water, not booze. lol)

I think you're on the right track, just keep gradually cutting out the processed foods and incorporating healthier, natural items. For some people that isnt as easy as others, and it takes a gradual approach. You've lost, and thats a step in the right direction for sure.

Finished week 5 d 2 yesterday. Was a little rough. I think I need to get fitted for new shoes this weekend. 20 minutes on friday, i'm trying to psych myself up for it.

i do 3.0 mph on the walking portion and 4.0-4.1 on the running portion. I've always felt kind of slow - but I've made it to week 5 by keeping this slow and steady mentality. I can increase my speed later :)

27 jumping jacks, that sounds like fun!

I make this a lot for DH and I as a quick easy dinner. 2 chicken breasts 1/2 cup salsa 1 can of black beans 1/2 c fiesta blend cheese 431 calories, 6.5 g of fat, and loaded up. It is so delicious and filling, especially after a workout. Ive seen similar crock pot recipes, but i make mine on the stove.

I start week 5 today. Week 4 was tough, but i pushed through it. I thought about repeating it, but I looked at week 5 and the first two days are very similar to what i just did last week.

I too am going to aim for 100 miles. Why not!

Started Week 4 yesterday. I can definately feel when people say this is more mental then anything. I was a little nervous about those 5 minute stretches, but i put one some sweet blood pumping tunes and made it through. I find its even getting more difficult to stop running and do the walking stretches.
