I have lost 69 lbs and started on April 4th 2012. This past month I haven't been losing very fast but its still coming off slowly. Started 30 day shred so hopefully that changes.

Thank you everyone! I have been sticking to about 1200-1300 calories a day, and I have to admit I have been taking a All Natural dietary supplement to suppress my appetite. Between the two of them its been coming off steady. Kind of scared about hitting a plateau but I have been eating right and drinking water so hopefully…
