I didn't think I should change up my workout routine while upping. Because I'm basing what I think Maintence is on average calorie burn from before, ya know?

You're 19? You need to be eating more I would say. I'm 5'3 and 140 and 33 years old. When I would try and eat at 1600 my weight did nothing. Friend me if you would like :)

I've noticed the people who say these things are always heavier. And usually very unhappy with their bodies. I never get someone thinner than me or someone who is happy at their weight saying "you're getting too skinny".

True but I'm attempting a reset right now. I guess I could always lower the intensity of workouts instead of raising the calories ya know?

Idk what to do anymore! I may lessen my workouts but I'm already upping calories so I'm just scared that lowering the workout intensity will make me gain even more!

Yes I have heard of intervals and I've done them. I do not go as hard as I can every day, I guess I just meant my intensity level overall went way up. My workout routine right now is ... Monday - 20 min run. 5.5 average hr 131 max 147. 1 hour body pump Tuesday- HIIT 20 min 3/9mph 60/30 seconds. 40 min incline. Average hr…

I'd like to add that my workout time has doubled from when I was breastfeeding. Intensity has gone WAY up. And i cut back calorie wise.

Just from my own personal experience I would just jump to the rest. I've tried varying calorie levels with no success. Hope that helps! I'm just starting to up calories like heybales advised me to. Just a hundred or so a week till I hit my TDEE. Or find my TDEE :)

I'm in the same boat!!! I'm currently starting a reset. I was 125 and my body media says I burn 2600 a day. I was and have been eating 1600-1900 a day and gained steadily. So I'm doing a reset. I'm 144 now.

Correct. Workouts should already be factored into TDEE.

Thanks heybales. I'm gonna try this as nothing else has worked. Looking over the last year I've done anywhere from 1600-1900 (gross not net) calories with about a two lb difference in weight. Nothing has worked. So I can see now I have to do something drastic to get my weight loss moving again. Just scared to death to…

Heybales- how long would U recommend I stay at my full TDEE? All my workouts are feet movement. Dance, treadmill, stairclimber. So that number should be accurate. So if my metabolism is speeding up my cals/min will go up also? For when I'm asleep or still?
