Polar Fit F4T... Calories are WAY lower than I thought!!
Just tried out my new HRM today. It said during 50 min of running I burned 256 calories. My average HR was 131. Highest HR was 163. I went a little over four miles. Just seems like I should have burned more! Maybe not though. My resting heart rate is 60 bpm. I'm 135lbs and 32 years old. Does anyone have any input? Thanks!

Slowly upping calories... How long to stay at TDEE?
So I've been slowly upping my calories 100 a week. Once I hit TDEE how long do I stay there? I've been at this about 6 weeks and gained about 5 lbs. so how long do I stay at 2500 before I cut? Fingers swollen during reset?

What's the best workout plan to lose weight? High intensity cardio? I have a HRM. I'm 140 and 5'3. When I run at 6.5 mpg for 28 min my average hr is 155. Do I do that or a lower intensity cardio? Lactose Intolerance = problems with whey protein?
Hey, I'm wondering if my consumption of whey protein is what is keeping me from losing weight. I know I have a lactose intolerance but only notice it when consuming large amounts of milk or super creamy ice cream. Could this translate to some kind of problem with whey?

Having trouble setting a calorie goal.
So since my BMR is 1400 and my TDEE is 2100. I workout 5 times a week burning 400 calories. Now if I set my calorie goal to TDEE - 20% it is 1680. Which means on days I workout I'm dipping below BMR which I don't want to do. However... if I do -10% then I am at 1890. Which works on workout days. However my concern is I am…

I'm sorry I'm confused. I don't know why I cant get this! I think I may have made a mistake. My BMR is 1388 My TDEE is 2150 TDEE - 20 percent is 1750 TDEE - 15 percent is 1828 So do I NET 1750?
