My progress so far with upping calories...

A few have asked ... So here's what my weight has done over the past few weeks ...

Back when I was eating around 1600 calories
Weight - 140.6 and body fat (according to scale at gym) 22.7
141.8 and 22.3
Upped calories to around 1800
142.8 and 23%
Upped calories to 2000
141.0 and 23.5%
Upped calories to 2100
143.8 and 23.5%
I've been inconsistent in eating. Could be doing way better. I tend to indulge on weekends so I'm gonna start keeping my calories under my goal. This week will be 2200. I'll try and balance them better over the week if that makes sense. Bummed about the gain but whatever I knew it would happen! Gonna be more consistent this week!

    Yes but only a once a week body pump class.

    I didn't think I should change up my workout routine while upping. Because I'm basing what I think Maintence is on average calorie burn from before, ya know?
