Switch to every other day, not a pro here but I've always heard to give the muscles a day off in between workouts. If the 1st few days work using this method perhaps you can double your "daily" routine to make up for your every other day off. Call a physical therapist, ask if they do a free consultation (my asked me to refer friends in just this manner) see what they can do for you... worked wonders for me.

Sounds like a great day to plan a reward for when you reach a certain goal point. Make it a non food related gift to yourself but something fun or exciting to you. Hang in there, go for a walk.

Hi Chris, biggest help I found was to record everything you eat, it really gives you a concept of what the problem is. If your "myfitnesspal" isn't around write it down to record later. This web site is great for that, but I did long before I found the site. Knowing what your taking in then tweaking your diet to drop…
