Hi! Can totally relate to the hormone thing, I went thru menopause 4 years ago & the weight issue has been a pain in my butt....(which got bigger,too). I have a problem of alot of fat around my middle.....also hate to exercise! Anyway, we can encourage each other.....get u to your goal for your bday! :smile :smile:

I've tried self hypnosis and mindful meditation techniques, but they don't seem to work for me. When I am really craving, my food addictio just really takes over. They r definately worth trying, tho.

I have found that peppermint patties are good at satisfying my choc desire. I can have 3 little ones.....having more than 1 makes me feel like I'm getting alot. York has a dark chocolate one that's very good.
