I have started walking to work which is about 3 miles. I am working my way up to walking to and from work. I am also hiking with my dogs and after losing some weight will start riding my bike. I also enjoy the Biggest Loser DVD's. Just started excercising this week. Keep up the good work!

It has been a long time getting to this weight so I know that it will take awhile to take it off. I have finally gotten serious. Have to make life changes, no quick fixes! Looking forward to taking this journey with all of you.
