I'm so sorry! I've totally been there! It sucks. Don't gain the weight back, try to stay healthy! I agree, go someone and get a cheaper interview outfit. I would try Wal-mart, you can find some cute dress clothes there for cheap! Then, take a nice long hot bath, and relax! All will be okay. Hang in there :)

I don't eat back my calories lost from working out. Sometimes I eat a little more when I work out, but never eat back all those calories. I try to eat more carbs in the morning and tapper down on them during the day. I eat high in protein too. But, I think I need to be adding more fruits and veggies in my diet. How can I…

You can do it! It does seem to get easier as you do it longer, it becomes a habit. You start thinking twice about things you are eating, and the other day, the weirdest thing happened to me! I was CRAVING a work out! I hate to work out, and my body was wanting it! Don't give up!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

Shopping in non plus size stores. I am 29, and have NEVER shopped in a non plus size store. It would just be fun to be able to go into any store and not wonder if they have my size.

My mother in law told me she thought I looked good the other day, that she could tell I've lost some weight! That felt great!

I did the first work out tonight, and wow! I liked it, although doing jumping jacks is not easy with large boobs. Even in a sports bra! And my thighs can feel the burn! Question!? When I go to record my work out what do I put in the diary? Like 20 mins of aerobics?? There was anything for this video....
