what is wrong with me?!
I work out, I drink a ton of water, eat my calories, 1500-1700 a day, higher protein, lower carbs...I lose nothing. I called my Dr. Today to hopefully get my thyroid checked as that runs in my family. Just needed to vent! Anyone else have this problem?

Raw hemp protein powder?
My bought bought me Hemp powder, it is organic, with omega fatty acids, and antioxidants. I've never heard of this before. I know my dietician recommended protein power balls, made with protein powder, flax, oatmeal, honey, nuts...etc...is this stuff safe that my mom bought? Ive never heard of eating hemp!? Advice?!
