I have heard a lot about Jillian Michaels 30 day shred on here. For the longest time I have no idea what it was. While shopping today I decided to pick up a copy of it! I am a little nervous about it, from what I've heard from other people. like they puked afterward??!! I am 229 now, and work out about 5 days a week. I have worked out on and off my whole life, so I'm wondering how I will do on this! I am nervous I won't be able to stick with it for 30 days. But on Feb 14th my dad is getting married, and I would love to be able to buy a pretty new dress and feel good. I am down 15, and still wanna lose 29 for my first goal of getting to 200. After I hit that, I am going to try to get to 180, which I haven't been since middle or high school! :) Wish me luck!

I was 236 lbs when I did the 30DS. I am not going to lie, the first couple of days were rough. I worked my way through them, did the best that I could (which wasn't good, but hey, I hadn't worked out since High School) and plowed through.

After a couple of days, I wasn't as sore anymore, after 2 weeks, I could really see changes in my body shape.

Take your time with it, pause the tape once or twice if you need to, but keep working at it. You can do it.

You will do great! It is a lot of fun to yell profanity at Jillian during the DVD :) I loved the 30DS!

I did the first work out tonight, and wow! I liked it, although doing jumping jacks is not easy with large boobs. Even in a sports bra! And my thighs can feel the burn!

Question!? When I go to record my work out what do I put in the diary? Like 20 mins of aerobics?? There was anything for this video....
