  • Easiest part of this challenge for me is the water. I drink that and more a day and always have! Less sure about doing 100 lunges etc. Think I manage about 20 a day, guess i will be doing them in small groups initially!

  • Day 8 completed, For some reason my outer thighs are ACHING so much tonight! Deja vue of level 1, day 1. Ouch, ouch and another ouch as i try to walk or get up off the chair!!! Pleased with myself tonight though as some of my push ups improving...... think i may have even managed a couple of half decent ones for a change!!

  • Day 1, Level 2. Went better than I expected but did have to abandon the weights near the end. Session appeared to go quicker also. Pleased to see no butt kicks but oooohhh those planks!!!!! Arms aching more than usual and feel my thighs again, deja vue of level 1 , I hope not!!!
